We have many different policies to help us to run our store in a fair and consistent manner. Please review these first if you have any questions or concerns about your products or order.

General Policies
We normally ship within 5 days from the time your order is received. USPS is also available.

Shipping Policies
We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard: UPS Ground 2-7 Days 
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $10.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to all charges. We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.

Credit Cards Accepted
Please note that we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. 

Store Privacy Policies
All names, addresses, and phone numbers are kept confidentially to ensure privacy to our customers.

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is inside of the state of New York. Our shopping cart will determine your tax rate based on the county of your shipping address.

Return Policies
No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Original receipt must be presented for all transactions. Phone authorizations required on all returns.
